Robert Gatewood, MD graduated from Georgetown Univerisity Medical School and completed his internship and residency at Erie County Medical Center and Buffalo General Hospital. Dr. Gatewood completed his fellowship at the University of Rochester School of Medicine.
Dr. Gatewood joined Buffalo Cardiology and Pulmonary Associates, in 1980. He has published numerous articles, authored over 50 presentations, co-authored two books and has received awards from a variety of organizations. Dr. Gatewood is a Clinical Associate Professor at SUNYAB and is President of Buffalo Cardiology and Pulmonary Associates.
